Package from Deedee

Laney's birthday is this weekend, but sadly Deedee and Papa will not be able to make it. Mom sent Laney and Caroline a package with presents and it arrived today. It reminded me so much of when we would get packages from Mamaw and the excitement of opening them. We walked out on the porch, ready to cool off in Laney's "kink" (pink pool), and found a box with her name on it. She literally squealed when she saw it. I read the letters to her and she said, "Naney!"

We took it inside (after playing in the kink) and took three segments of video, watching her open it up. I hope you can feel the excitement.
