New Kitchen!

Barak found a leak under our sink that led to us getting new free cabinets and counter tops! The process has been really fun. First was demolition...


Then they started working. It only took them four days to finish. The guy was really nice and Laney smiled at him every time we strolled through the kitchen to see the progress. This is Barak on the second day. Then, pictures of the final product.

Then, it was finished! I love it. We even got a new sink :) I'm thinking of doing tile around the top of the counter.

Laney was able to go swimming in Papa and Deedee's backyard, and of course, she loved it.

First Birthday!

Laney is moving around a lot more now, so it was very difficult to get a "12 month" shot.



The party was so much fun. We had about 25 neighbors and friends from church come to celebrate. Barak's family was able to come, too. The kids played in the pools and the sprinkler we had in the back yard, and the adults played badminton.


Everyone had cupcakes, even Laney. Her first taste of sugar. She loved it all, especially the chocolate cake ones.
